
We are seeking examples of quality arts learning (photos, video, text or audio) to display in our online gallery.
Only high quality files that show clear connections to learning will be used.All submissions must include:
• Child’s first name only, age and school
• Classroom teacher’s name
• Teaching artist’s name
• District number
• Medium of the artwork
• Date of creation
• Project name
• And where available please also include any other context, event or performance information.What can I submit and how do I submit it?
• Only GOOD quality files (image, video and audio files) will be considered at our discretion.
• Photos and videos with images of artists younger than 18 need to be submitted with a
consent and release form.
Photos
• High quality image files in .jpg, .gif, .tiff, or .png format should be emailed to
works@artiseducation.org
• Please include captions for photos.Audio
• High-quality audio files of spoken word (.mp3, .m4a, .wav, .ogg) should be emailed to
works@artiseducation.orgText
• Written word pieces (poetry, short stories, and other pieces) are also accepted in .doc, .rtf. or
.pdf format.Video
• Please send URL links from YouTube, Vimeo, or another 3rd-party video hosting site to
works@artiseducation.org with the artist’s name, the date, a title and brief description of the
event or performance.
• If your video is not hosted in an online location, you may mail your video of quality student
learning to us and we will upload it and host it on our YouTube account.
